Your ceremony is lovingly prepared by award-winning Celebrant Sharon Campbell and/or her daughter Brooke Isobel — the younger, better version of Sharon. 😄 Amazing storytellers, planners, stylists and communicators who will deliver your fairytale from first contact to final confetti.All legal elements are taken care of — Marriage Registration, Certificates, every last form.We haven't missed a thing!

What's included in photography?

Accepted Answer

Two solid hours of non-stop shooting — every moment, every glance, every happy tear. Highlight images land in your inbox within 48 hours so you can share them while you're still glowing. Your fully edited gallery follows in the weeks after, delivered via a simple app — every image downloadable and printable straight from your phone. No chasing, no waiting around, just gorgeous photos ready when you are.

What's included in social content?

This is the good stuff. Your dedicated content creator captures video, reels and — weather permitting — drone footage all on the latest mobile devices. Everything lands in a Dropbox link within 48 hours of your ceremony, ready to download, post and announce to the world. Your wedding, your way, straight to your feed.

Question 4

What about florals?

A fresh bouquet and buttonhole, lovingly created with in-season blooms and handed to you just as you're about to walk down the aisle. That moment of receiving your flowers? It never gets old.

The colour choices of flowers are White, White & Pink, White and Blue, Coloured Brights, Coloured Pastels or Natives. Our florist will then create you a unique bouquet with in season flowers - everyone more beautiful than the last.

What's included in the beach styling?

Accepted Answer

Everything for a picture-perfect ceremony: triangle arbour, floral half-moon or offset plinths, jute rug, signing table & chairs, seating (if you have guests), and silk florals. All beach-proof - nothing blows away or sinks. We set up, you show up, we pack down. Easy.

Question 6

Do I need a permit for a beach ceremony?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes - depends on the beach. We'll source permits for you. Just tell us your dream beach and we'll handle the paperwork.

Question 7

What if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

Heavy rain means 'Plan B' - which we always have planned and discussed well in advance. Most commonly a pretty local airbnb - or a rotunda park - somewhere dry and out of the wind!

Question 8

Can we plan for Sunrise or Sunset?

Accepted Answer

Sunrise ceremonies are incredible. Empty beach, soft golden light, something magical about starting your marriage with the day. Be prepared for an early start (5:30am-6:00am depending on season). Even earlier for me to set up styling... but I'd only do it for you!

Sunset is also amazing! Golden hour light is unbeatable. Just know: wind increases as the day goes on, and popular beaches get busier in summer evenings. You might have spectators - most don't mind.

Do we need witnesses?

Nope — we've got you covered. One less thing on your list.
If you wish to bring guests your welcome – we can add on a few chairs.

Question 10

Sandy toes or shoes?

Accepted Answer

Stilettos and sand are enemies (funny for me to watch though). Barefoot is magic - there's something about feeling sand between your toes when you say "I do." We provide a jute rug for the ceremony, so if you're wearing a gown with a train or prefer height, bring sandals or wedges - we'll put them back on after your entrance.

Will the sun be in our eyes?

Accepted Answer

Not if we position you right! Sun behind or to the side - never in your face. Your photographer will assist. No squinting through your vows.

Question 12

What if it's windy on the day?

Accepted Answer

It's the beach - it's always breezy. Best time? Mid-morning. Plan B? We find an alternative beach facing another direction with less wind. Wind creates movement and drama in photos - you'll look like a magazine shoot. Consider this when choosing your hairstyle, veil, and dress.

How early do you set up before the ceremony?

60-90 minutes before. Gives us time to style everything perfectly, adjust for wind, and make it photo-ready when you arrive.

Question 14

Can we add chairs for guests?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Up to 12 chairs can be added (not included as the package is for 2 people).
Note: additional charges apply if setup location is more than 100m from parking.

What should we wear?

Accepted Answer

Light, flowy fabrics that move beautifully in the breeze - chiffon, organza, linen. Avoid anything heavy, structured, or tight. You'll thank me later.

Will there be other people on the beach?

Accepted Answer

Depends on time and beach. Early morning or weekdays = fewer people. Weekend afternoons = busier. Summer can be packed. Most beachgoers are lovely - you might get claps and cheers, which is pretty sweet. Some sunbathers don't cover up, so be prepared for anything.

What if we want to get in the water to trash the dress?

Do it! Photos are epic. Bring a towel and change of clothes. Your dress/suit will get wet, sandy, and very heavy - but the commitment to the moment = incredible memories.

Can we do a first look on the beach?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Your photographer will capture it beautifully. The open space and natural light make for stunning first look photos.

How long will it all take?

Accepted Answer

This is a 2-hour package. Ceremony: 15-20 minutes. Then photos - with guests, portraits, different locations and backdrops. We'll create a photo plan and run sheet. This is an Instagram wedding, after all.

Can we add extras like a picnic or champagne toast?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! All packages can be customized. I have ground picnic tables, rugs, pillows, and suppliers for cakes and gourmet grazing. Champagne shake and spray, tower, toasts, and glass sharing make for incredible reels. Let's chat about your dream day.

Can we write messages in the sand?

Cute idea! Our photographer will love it, but even better - our content creator can capture it on drone. Epic highlight reel moment.

Question 22

Can our dog be part of the ceremony?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! My dogs are family too. If the beach allows dogs, bring your pooch. Just have someone wrangle them - beaches are very distracting for pups (smells, birds, waves...).

Is a beach elopement really as magical as it sounds?

More. The sound of the waves, the smell of salt air, the feeling of sand under your feet, the endless horizon as your backdrop - it's intimate, romantic, and completely unforgettable. And yes, your photos will be incredible.
