Your ceremony is lovingly prepared by award-winning Celebrant Sharon Campbell and/or her daughter Brooke Isobel — the younger, better version of Sharon. 😄 Amazing storytellers, planners, stylists and communicators who will deliver your fairytale from first contact to final confetti.

All legal elements are taken care of — Marriage Registration, Certificates, every last form.We haven't missed a thing!

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as possible! Popular dates book out quickly. 3-6 months is common, but I can have you married in as little as 1 month.

Can we customize this package?

What if our location is hard to access (lots of stairs, sand, etc.)?

I've styled ceremonies in some challenging spots! However, if access is particularly difficult (more than 100m carry from parking, steep terrain), additional fees may apply for extra hands or equipment. We'll discuss this during planning.

Do you style for all weather?

Yes, but we also plan for backup. Wind, rain, or extreme heat - we have solutions. Always have a Plan B location (like a beautiful Airbnb or covered pavilion) just in case.

What's included in 2 hours of photography?

Accepted Answer

Included is: Ceremony coverage, couple portraits at multiple locations/backdrops, candid moments, detail shots of your styling, and anything else we can fit into 2 hours. Your photographer will work with me to create a shot list and timeline.

Question 9

How many photos will we receive?

That's up to your photographer - typically 150-300+ edited images from 2 hours of coverage. We work with incredible South Coast photographers who deliver stunning galleries.

Can we request specific photos or poses?

Absolutely! Share your Pinterest boards, must-have shots, and inspiration. Your photographer will work from your vision while also capturing natural, candid moments.

When will we get our photos?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround time varies by photographer (usually 4-8 weeks), but many offer sneak peeks within a few days so you can share the news!

Question 12

What does "all legal forms & registration" mean?

I handle your Notice of Intent to Marry (NOIM), prepare all ceremony paperwork, lodge your marriage with Births, Deaths & Marriages after the ceremony, and ensure everything is legally binding. You're officially married!

Question 13

What's the BDM marriage certificate?

Accepted Answer

Your official marriage certificate from Births, Deaths & Marriages – is your Government Verification and Evidence you are Married - needed for name changing, updating passports, etc. Normally costs $69, but it's included in this package and delivered to your door by registered post.

Question 14

What does "legal representation 2 months after wedding" cover?

If any issues arise with your marriage registration or paperwork in the 2 months following your wedding, I'm here to sort it out. It's rare, but it's peace of mind.

Can we do our NOIM online?

Yes! We can meet via video call to complete your NOIM if you're not local or prefer the convenience.

Are the flowers real or silk?

Your choice! We can source fresh florals or use high-quality silk flowers (which photograph beautifully and you get to keep forever). We'll discuss what suits your vision and budget.

What's included in the bridal bouquet?

Can we add more florals (like a flower crown, cake florals or more bouquets)?

Yes of course! Let's chat about add-ons and I'll arrange everything to match perfectly.

What kind of music can we have for our entrance?

Whatever you want! We use a portable speaker system - just send me your song choice and we'll have it ready. From classical to Ed Sheeran to heavy metal, your ceremony, your soundtrack.

Can we have live music instead?

Absolutely! If you want to arrange a musician (guitarist, violinist, etc.), we'll coordinate with them. Just note that's an additional cost outside this package.

How much does it cost to add chairs for guests?

Chairs for up to 12 guests can be added to this package. Contact me for pricing - it depends on the location and setup requirements.

If we add guests, does anything else change?

Accepted Answer

Not really! Your 2 hours of photography will include some group photos with your guests, and we'll adjust the ceremony setup to accommodate seating. Everything else stays the same.

What's the total price?

$3,265 (prices valid until June 2026). This is all-inclusive - no hidden fees, no surprise charges. What you see is what you pay.

What's the payment process?

Non Refundable Booking Fee is needed to secure your date, then final payment 3 weeks prior to your wedding. We'll go through everything during your consultation.

Can I change my date?

YES of course. I understand life happens and change is often unexpected. As part of the Terms and Conditions, a date can be brought forward or delayed but suppliers are only transferable if available.

Is this package really all-inclusive?

Yes! Celebrant, styling, photography, flowers, legal paperwork, coordination, setup, pack down - everything except your outfits and rings. It's designed so you don't have to think about a thing!

Incredibly. “You made it so easy for us” is almost always the immediate feedback.aI plan the timeline, coordinate suppliers, handle logistics, style everything, and make sure your day runs smoothly. You just show up, hold hands, and say "I do." That's genuinely it.
